Happy birthday, Rogue! I’ll be finishing up my July 4th birthday posts with news that on Rogue’s birthday (which is today) The Crüxshadows have officially announced that there will be a follow-up single to the hit “Sophia” (Buy it now!) from the new DreamCypher (Buy it now!) album for the fan-favorite song “Birthday” (which is ironic). The disc will include the title track, of course, as well as two remixes and two entirely new songs. Their last single was released during Dragon*Con and as a result sold just enough to make their first appearance on the American Billboard music charts: #7 on the Hot Singles Sales chart and #1 on Hot Dance Singles Sales chart (insert Shake ‘N Bake “and I helped” moment here). Not an easy task to accomplish. It seems as though they are trying to repeat themselves this year as the single is being released on September 4, amidst the convention weekend. I believe they can do it, they already did it once after all. With your help, they could rank even higher this time!
