I suppose it’s time for me to post mc chris’ third full length album up for download: eating’s not cheating. The album was released in two different versions, an unsigned version in 2003 and the DC Flag label version in 2004. The key differences between the two are that the DC Flag pressing has three entirely new tracks as well as new versions of the two original album tracks “toothpick spliffs” and “my name is”. I’ve not only uploaded the entire DC Flag version but I’ve tossed the two original mixes up as a free little bonus since I’m awesome. You know it to be true…
eating’s not cheating is arguably his best album to date. Mostly due to it actually having a good amount of songs and not being riddled with skits, a problem his earlier albums had suffered with. In fact, this is the only album without skits. They were later reintroduced on DMoC, but just sprinkled between a large amount of songs. When confronting your average mc chris fans on their favorite album, however, the debates may never end.
If you’re jonesin’ for his first two albums, knowing is half the hassle and life’s a bitch and i’m her pimp, then you can find them by following this linky to the earlier entry on which I posted them. If you’re jonesin’ for his latest album, dungeon master of ceremonies, then… well… you’ll just have to wait! Let me know if you want it sooner than later.
Oh, and remember this… if you dig the tunes that mc chris has so graciously offered us for free then make it a point to hit one the stops on his upcoming tour. Dates are posted on mcchris.com. Enjoy the show. Buy a shirt. Talk to him after the set and tell him you dig his tunes. Tell him Skittle sent you. Just support the man! He has to feed his 436 illegitimate children somehow!

[...] So the time has finally come for me to post mc chris’ most recent album, dungeon master of ceremonies. Ever since he so graciously offered up his past discography for download as he was ceasing production on hard copy CD’s, I have brought the files to you. One album at a time… for suspense purposes. Well, I guess I did post the first two albums together but I’m not getting into a deep debate on semantics. In case you weren’t around when the first three were posted, feel free to check them out here: life’s a bitch and i’m her pimp, knowing is half the hassle, and eating’s not cheating. [...]
