Superpowerless is the solo project of Oliver Hindle, hailing from Leeds in the United Kingdom. You might also recognize him as part of the 8-bit duo Tetrastar.

Hindle was armed with a collection of old video game consoles when he produced the first single from his upcoming album, “We Throw Shapes”. His sound is heavily inspired by the noises of video games of the past put together in a grooveable electro pop punk shell. You can get a copy of “We Throw Shapes” through iTunes (although oddly not through Amazon) while we wait as Hindle creates a full length recording. You can also check out the pretty sweet video that he directed, edited, and animated himself after the break.
