YSLAR Updates: July ’10

We have come to another month, this being the most American of months July. Hopefully everyone had a nice Independence Day. I celebrated with a case of our country’s oldest beer Yuengling and lots of explosions. You may have noticed a lull in postings on the site recently. This is mostly due to a trip to Alabama at the end of last month. I caught mc chris and MC Lars in concert in Atlanta on the way down. I also had a chance to see the crude oil covered beaches of Gulf Shores, AL.

Check out some more photos that I took of the Deepwater Horizon disaster’s lingering effects on the beaches of the Gulf Coast after the break. Unfortunately it is only going to get worse until a solution is brought to the table that actually works. I just hope that happens sooner than later.
