NEWS: The Cruxshadows Victims Of Theft
It really irks me when things like this happen to good people. The Crüxshadows recently returned to the States from their three month European tour. Unfortunately, their return marked a devastating loss for the band.

While in New York City, shortly after landing, the guys and girls decided to stop for a bit of sushi. I’m sure the trip was a long one so I know they were hungry. In the fifteen minutes that they were inside the restaurant someone managed to completely remove their van’s locks. Pretty much everything of value, plus some, had been stolen. This includes all of the band members’ personal laptops, much of the stage equipment, numerous iPods, and even their entire earnings from the previous tour. All gone. It truly is an incredible blow to the band and a financial loss likely more than what a lot of us make in a year.
Despite this, Rogue promises to persevere and continue as on track as possible with The Crüxshadows. As depicted in many of the band’s tracks they will never surrender. Check out one of my personal favorites, “Citadel”, from their 2003 album Ethernaut after the break. Also, if you live in the NY area please keep an eye out at your local pawn shops and what not for a bulk purchase of Macbooks and the like. I hope they catch these fuckers.
One more thing. A few different “donation” things have popped up to help get The Crüxshadows back on their feet. Do not send your money to these. That’s just silly.
